Essiac Blackberry Granola

Yogurt Bowl Recipe

 

2 cups Peach, Apple, or your favorite yogurt

1 cup granola

2 droppers Essiac Daily Drops

1/2 cup fresh blackberries

1 tsp honey

 


Essiac Blueberry Almond

Breakfast Bowl

 

 

2 cups blueberry, strawberry or your favorite yogurt

1 dropper Essiac Lymphatic and/or Daily Drops

1/4 cup almonds

1/2 cup almond granola

1 tbsp chia seeds

1 cup fresh blueberries

1/2 tsp honey, drizzled

 

Blend together Essiac with yogurt, then spread all other ingredients on top. Finish with honey drizzle and enjoy!
