Try our NEW Blueberry Protein Essiac Bites recipe!
1-2 cups oats
1-2 scoops protein powder
¼ cup frozen blueberries
¼ cup unsweetened applesauce (or your other favorite fruit puree!)
1-2 tablespoons honey
1 tablespoon chia seeds* (optional)
¼ cup cream cheese or dairy free alternative
1-2 tablespoons milk or coconut/soymilk alternative
4 droppers of Essiac Daily Drops
1-2 capsules Essiac Gold (optional)
1-2 scoops Essiac Superfoods (optional)
Combine and let refrigerate before rolling into bite-sized portions and drizzle with honey if desired. Enjoy!
*Note: Chia seeds are great for fiber and digestion, but may potentially not be recommended for those with diverticulitis. If you have any concern about this or any other ingredient, please consult with your physician.
