DIRECTIONS FOR USE (ADULTS):
- Mix or blend one scoop with 8 oz of juice or water. Stir briskly until powder has dissolved into a liquid. Fill the rest of the glass with water, juice, or any type of drink
- A small amount of sediment my be left after fully mixed
- Can be taken up to three times daily
- Refrigerate after opening for maximum freshness
