The Many Faces (and forms) of Essiac!
Hello to all of our wonderful Essiac users - and those who are looking to try Essiac for the first time!
Essiac products come in many forms, tailored to your preference whether for convenience or digestion. Many of our products can also be taken on the go, or blended with your favorite smoothie, beverage, or water.
Our Legacy Line
Developed in the 1920’s by Nurse Rene Caisse, our Legacy products include our original Herbal Extract, Vegetable Capsules, and our Herbal Powder.
Essiac Vegetable Capsules - our Vegetable Capsules come in a convenient, capsule-based format, about the size of a typical vitamin capsule. They are recommended to be taken twice daily, an hour before a meal. Since they are in a capsule, they are easy to take with you on the go whenever you need. However, if you have any difficulty swallowing, or just don’t prefer to take pills, we have other options for you in our Legacy product line!
Essiac Herbal Powder - Our Herbal Powder is a great substitution for our Vegetable Capsules and is a natural herbal blend. It is the original herbal recipe, developed by Rene Caisse back in the 1920’s - and contains the four blended herbs: Burdock, Slippery Elm, Sheep Sorrel and Rhubarb Root. However, in order to get the full benefits of it, it must be mixed with water and heated using our Double Boil method - and one bottle makes a full 72 oz of potent herbal tea.

Essiac Herbal Extract - Our Herbal Extract is our final version of our Legacy Product line. It comes in an alcohol-based tincture, for quick absorption and potency - and contains our original herbal blend. Because of its alcohol-based format, it has superior absorption compared to water or glycerin-based extracts. However, if your body does not react well to alcohol or your physician does not recommend it, we recommend you try one of our other products.
Modern Options
Our Daily Drops and Essiac Gold® are more modernized versions of our original Legacy products. Our modern product line also includes our Lymphatic Drops and Essiac Immune Superfood.
Essiac Daily Drops - our Daily Drops contain our four original ingredients, in a convenient water-based dropper format to easily take by itself or mixed in with a smoothie, juice or water. If you don’t like to take pills and don’t prefer to take an alcohol-based extract, look no further!
Essiac Gold® with AHCC® - if you want to try Essiac with an extra antioxidant punch, we highly recommend our Essiac Gold®. Our Gold comes with the addition of AHCC®, has been certified as authentic by the AHCC® association and helps to boost the antioxidant effects of our supplement. AHCC® is known to enhance activity of natural T-Killer cells, which reduce free radicals; boosts WBC count; and contains Alpha Glucans, a powerful immune enhancer. Our AHCC® comes in capsule format, but the capsules can easily be opened and mixed with your favorite smoothie, tea or beverage, if you prefer.
Essiac Lymphatic Drops - our Lymphatic Drops act as a cleanse, helping to regulate and normalize your lymphatic system and keep you healthy. The Lymphatic System is part of your immune system and complementary to the circulatory system, and it is important to keep this system healthy. Our Lymphatic Drops do not come with our four main original ingredients; instead they are formulated with Astragalus, Elderberry, Echinacea, Red Root and Ginger.

Essiac Immune Superfood - Our final product, which is extremely powerful and loaded with many healthy ingredients - is our Essiac Immune Superfood. Formulated with our original four herbs - Slippery Elm, Rhubarb, Burdock and Sheep Sorrel, along with many other powerful antioxidant ingredients, is the perfect pick-me-up for before or after the gym or outdoor exercise.
